CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (except holidays). If you leave a voicemail message outside of business hours, we will return your call on the next business day.
PAYMENTS
Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed.
We accept most payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express or Solo including Pay Pal.
At CAOTIC, we take security very seriously. We never store financial information on our servers. All your credit card details are entered into a secure server using Stripe. The transfer of purchase details from our site to Stripe is encapsulated by its digitally signed and encrypted protocol, which is secure and protected from tampering.
VAT
VAT (at 20%) is included on all orders within the UK and Europe, and is included in the listed retail price.
VAT (at 20%) is not included on orders delivered outside the EU.
BILLS
If you have any questions about your Invoice, call us at (+44)7878 583447 or send us an email to informacion@caotic.es with your order number. We will be happy to help you.
SAME DAY DELIVERY
If you have a special occasion where you need to wear your CAOTIC jewelry that night, we will be more than happy to help you and deliver that same day. This applies to all London orders, if processed before 1pm. Your jewelery will be sent via express courier at an additional cost of £10. Please, for the "Same Day" selection, call us or send us a WhatsApp message with all the information.
Please note that someone will need to be at the given address to sign for the package.
