Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Some exclusions apply — see our Returns policy.
Can I exchange an item?
We’re happy to offer exchanges if stock is available. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if faulty.
