CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

EU orders: We would like to reassure all of our European customers that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Yes, you can. It's very important that you contact us immediately on our whatsapp number or customer service email address. Once your order has been sent, we will not be able to modify it.

WHAT COURIER IS DELIVERING MY ORDER?

All UK, Rest of Europe & International orders will be arranged and shipped through Royal Mail.

NACEX Spain will be in charge of all orders shipped to Spain, Portugal & Andorra.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Sure, you can. By selecting the Click & Collect service on the check out page, you will be able to pick up your order from any of our London Pop-ups selling points.

Please, bear in mind that this is just a Saturday to Sunday service.

RETURN FAQS

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items - including earrings - if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

However we can’t accept returns on engraved items - unless they were received faulty - as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you. Unfortunately we can't accept returns of any item that has been used due to hygiene reasons either.

We are also unable to accept returns on items purchased from our Pop-ups, however we gladly accept exchanges.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Refunds or exchanges can be requested within 14 days after delivery date. If you choose to change your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, no refund will be offered for the changed item unless the product is faulty. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and is accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or shipping invoice) and returns the unused item within 14 days.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CHARGES

If accepted by our customer service team, returns or exchanges will be payable by the customer unless the item is delivered in a faulty state.

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your CAOTIC jewellery. Our customer service team would be happy to assist - Please Contact Us (email) before returning your item to us, so that our team can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments returned from outside the EU.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However in some cases, due to the current global situation this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
