Order Processing Time
We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer, but we’ll keep you updated.

- 1st Class Signed For: Next working day — £3.99
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: Next day guaranteed — £8.99
- Click & Collect (Fridays to Sundays): Free at our London Pop-ups
Spain Peninsula, Portugal & Andorra
- Express Delivery: 24-48h — 5,95€, Free on orders over 100€
Canary & Balearic Islands
- Express Delivery: 2-4 working days — 14,95€, Free on orders over 100€
Rest of Europe
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days — £9.75, Free on orders over £100
International Orders
- Standard Delivery: 7-10 working days — £9.95, Free on orders over £100
Delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods or due to customs checks. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Taxes & Customs
- UK Orders: No additional taxes or duties at delivery.
- EU & International Orders: Customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
If you change your mind, don't worry — we're here to help. Here's how returns work:
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Earrings: Cannot be returned unless faulty, for hygiene reasons.
- Engraved or personalised items: Non-returnable unless faulty.
- Items purchased at our pop-ups: Exchanges only, no refunds.
How to Return
- Email us at info@caoticjewelry.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will guide you through the process. Returns are at your own cost unless the item is faulty.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your preferred item.
Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Click & Collect
Choose Click & Collect at checkout to pick up your order at our London Pop-ups, available Fridays to Sundays. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
