GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of order pickup. Although you can choose the type of delivery you want depending on the time and price (see information below). In the case of a delayed shipment, our Customer Service team will notify you and you will be given an estimated shipping date.

  • Very Important: In the case of Spain (peninsula), Portugal (peninsula) and Andorra, shipments processed until 11:30am will arrive at their destination within 24 hours after collecting the order. If your order has been processed after 11:30am, it will arrive in 48 hours. This is because the parcel company we work with has a limited collection time slot. We hope your understanding.
  • If you wish to change the delivery address once your order has been placed, it is very important that you contact us immediately at our Express Customer Service. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify your shipping information for that specific order.
  • Any address changes after your order has been shipped will incur an additional shipping fee equivalent to the shipping cost for a given country.
  • If you would like to exchange one item for another, you will have to pay an additional fee on top of the normal shipping price unless this is a defective item.
  • For all orders shipped to Spain & (Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal and Andorra (except "Standard Shipping" in the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands), the selected courier company in charge of the transportation and delivery of your order is NACEX.   • As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email from which you can track your order. The courier company will contact you at the phone number you registered when placing your order to inform you of the expected delivery date and time. For those living outside the EU you will be contacted via email provided. In the event that you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the courier company will also contact you to reschedule a second delivery attempt at your convenience.3
